Welcome to Whipple Alpaca Ranch! My name is Victoria. My husband, Harry, and I are the proud new owners of over 5 acres in Azle, Texas.
After serving for 20 years in the United States Navy, Harry retired in January 2020. We couldn't wait to start our new adventure. We have spent the last 20 years dreaming of what that adventure might be. After much discussion (and some crazy ideas...) we decided that an Alpaca Ranch would be perfect for us.
Problem was, neither of us had ever owned (or actually met) an Alpaca. So we researched...a lot. We have been lucky enough to meet some amazing people in the Alpaca community and couldn't ask for better mentors.
We are also the proud parents to three furry babies who probably will not be a big help with the Alpaca. But we love them anyway. Meet Luke (Black Lab), Leia (Chocolate Lab), and Chewie (Alaskan Husky). We may (possibly) be Star Wars fans.

Thanks! We are partial to them. :) Our Alpacas on the other hand, came to us with names already. We have Grace, Rain, and Magic. But we have a little less than a year to come up with three baby names...Always open to suggestions.
